By engaging CFF Travels for research, itinerary design, or consultancy services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any payment.
1. Entity & Brand Disclosure
CFF Travels is a brand owned and operated by Cruise Farefinder USA LLC (CLIA Certified Member #00845560). All references to "CFF Travels", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to Cruise Farefinder USA LLC operating under the CFF Travels brand, with operations in Gurugram, Haryana, India and Delaware, United States.
2. Nature of Services
CFF Travels operates strictly as a travel advisory, bespoke itinerary design, and cruise curation consultancy. We do NOT act as an airline ticketing merchant of record and do not directly issue or sell airline flight tickets. Any airfare information we provide is for research and planning purposes only; airline tickets, where applicable, are issued and fulfilled by third-party authorized providers or directly by the operating carrier.
3. User Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal details and for holding valid passports and visas required for their itinerary. CFF Travels provides guidance on documentation but cannot guarantee visa approval, which remains at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate.
4. Payment Processing
Payments for our research, curation, and consultancy fees are processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways, including Razorpay. Prices for consultancy services are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) as specified at the time of engagement, and are subject to change until a request is confirmed and payment is received.
5. Limitation of Liability
Cruise Farefinder USA LLC / CFF Travels is not liable for third-party travel supplier delays, cancellations, or changes — including those of airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and ground operators. We take every care in recommending reputable partners, but the fulfilment of any land, hotel, or cruise arrangement remains the responsibility of the relevant third-party supplier. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Indian or U.S. consumer protection law.
6. Changes by CFF Travels
We reserve the right to make minor changes to proposed itineraries due to operational requirements. In the event of significant changes, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative.
7. Consumer Rights — India
If you are a consumer based in India, nothing in these Terms restricts your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, including your right to file a complaint with the appropriate District, State, or National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
8. Consumer Rights — United States
If you are a consumer based in the United States, nothing in these Terms restricts any non-waivable consumer protection rights available to you under applicable federal or state law, including the consumer protection statutes of your state of residence.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are intended to operate fairly across both markets we serve:
- For clients contracting with us from India: these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and any disputes not resolved informally are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India, without prejudice to your right to approach a Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
- For clients contracting with us from the United States: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and any disputes not resolved informally are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware, without prejudice to any non-waivable rights under your state's consumer protection laws.
